Should I not expect any update for this device?

I think most of the a12's out there are on android 12. I wonder what made this device not included on the update.

And please do not comment "thank you for your patience" comment answers instead of beating around the bush.

I tried searching for the same model with android 12. Unfortunately there is nothing that shows as certain.

No, I want to see the service provider software information under Software information in the Settings, not that one. I don't know your three letter CSC by the image you provided.

If it's XTC (Openline Philippines), then your phone should have been Android 12 ready already. Here's the firmware you can use. Take note that this one's for XTC.

Though I still recommend going to the SC for this, this is your option if you've tried flashing firmwares before. Proceed with caution.

I tried my luck. Successfull at last. Though I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS to others who does not know what they are gonna be dealing with.

Using odin . Mine is xtc openline. Fw was from sammob**** site . I think I'll delete this post to prevent others trying this and cause problems
