When my phone detected a moisture or foreign materials on charging port. It really does have water inside the charging port. Thanks Samsung for this useful information.

Pretty cool, right? 

What I do when my phone puts up this notification is dab at the port with a microfiber cloth, and then dunking it in a bag of rice for a couple of hours. I then use a small vacuum to clean up the powdery starch from the phone.
