Video problem on Messenger

I can't play video on messenger, it just turns black screen every time I play it. How to fix the issue?

Try to check Messenger app in Google Play Store if there's an update. If there's no update, go to Settings > Applications > Messenger. Click the storage and clear data it. Sign in your Facebook Account and try to play the video that you want to play. Accept solution if it works.

I tried it but still not working.. maybe the problem is on my new device A55..

It's messenger's problem. Try logging to facebook lite.

Maybe it's the video.
