This happens to me too, randomly. Probably because of network instability. If your cellular signal ain't that good for VoLTE, it disappears, or simply, you're currently not connected to an LTE band. The same goes for VoWiFi, if your connection is not that stable at the moment, it disappears too.
But randomly, sometimes, even if both the requirements are present for them to work, the phone just doesn't want to use either of the two, and it fixes itself after some time. A quick toggle between the two switches may work.
Yung sakin ganyan din, nawawala lalo na kung medyo my fluctuations sa reliability ng wifi at lte signal sa bahay pero bumabalik naman. Try mo kaya mag airplane mode on and off kung babalik, kung wala parin on and off mo ang volte and vowifi button at kung di parin reset network settings kana. Yan lang ang alam kong ts steps na madali lang gawin.
