Wake up animation not working

I have a slightly bothering I guess bug that I have in One Ui 6.1 since out of the box. 

When I wake up my phone, the fade in effect doesn't seem to work unless if I have AOD or showing the charging information, but the fade out is working.

Since it is samsung, some a1x series don't support aod even if they have super AMOLED screen. Upon watching some reviews on One UI 7 the fade in seems to work on flagships even without the aod turned on. However, months later with a16 on some contries, that still not the case. 

Oddly enough, my other phone which is running One UI 4.1 has this animation🫠

Sadly wala, but in my case kasi yung fade in animation only occur kapag naka open yung show charging information which is quite similar to aod minus the time and widgets

Ahh i see, yung fade in animation pag ino ppen yung phone, minsan yung iba kasi walang fade animation, like flat animation lang sya

Yes which is quite bothering me but not really a big of an issue. I don't know if it's a bug or it's intended na maging ganon kasi comparing it to 4.1 may fade in animation parin sya hahahah

Sana bug lang, ang weird lang kasi na AMOLED yung screen tas walang fade animation pag inopen🥲

Lalo na wala ding aod support yung some a1x series even if they have amoled screen which is a bummer. Yung a2x, a3x, and a5x naman meron. It's just samsung really making people to not buy any budget tier and instead buy their more flagship tier hhahaha.
