When my Phone Galaxy A12 get UI 5 ?

The announcement made that A12/12Nacho users will receive UI 5 android 13 upgrade but its already June 06 2023 now, i am from philippines when its the exact date to be releasee here ? Or it will he randomly appear in my notification.... Thanks for the best....

Ive seen some users here said that A125F version will no longer receive get OS update since this model release on 2020 with android 11 OS already is this true?
