I'm just playing music yesterday then suddenly when i opened my phone, a white line appeared. It didn't fall or anything that can damage this. 

I'm dissapointed because i have no choice but to spend money to something that was not my fault 🫠

Facing the same issue with my A71, post the recent update . Its impacting the fingerprint sensor too. Seeking immediate attention and resolution from the respective teams. Service center is asking for charges for a fault caused by the latest update. Customer care is not reachable. Had sent a mail to CEO, India

גם לי הופיע קו לבן במסך דגם a71 סמסונג פניתי לשירות מקווה שיקבל תיקון ללא עלות

  After a conversation with a WhatsApp representative, they said that they don't want to fix it for free and I have to pay a 129 deposit fee and only then will they check and I have to pay the cost of a screen repair

I also experienced it. The repair shop I went into told me to prepare Php 3500-4000. This happened after I updated the software.
