I'm just playing music yesterday then suddenly when i opened my phone, a white line appeared. It didn't fall or anything that can damage this.

I'm dissapointed because i have no choice but to spend money to something that was not my fault 🫠

Hello Sir,

Understand that this needs to be fixed at the service center itself. However, the point is, since this is not a user issue like the phone was dropped by the user or something.
The line came out of nowhere. So why we should pay for the issue which is caused by some update that was recently done?
The other companies are taking full ownership of the fault and the display is replaced for free.
The service center says they don't have any information on the issues happening with A71 and the phone is also out of warranty. Which i completely agree, For 3 years the phone has not given any issues.
Since this is caused by the software update, then why should we pay Rs.6163?

Looking forward to your update.

Thanks.

i too have this issue with my A71

contacted Samsung Service center

they asked me to replace the display which cost around 5,435 PHP.

A71 have motherboard issues also in a high percentage.

Excellent phone but better advice you to get rid of.
