So last night, I was playing on my phone when it suddenly shut down and won't turn on. A few seconds later, it vibrated and the Samsung galaxy logo appeared, but it stayed like that for a few minutes before shutting down again, vibrating, and repeating. I looked up what to do, and it said that I should plug in the charger. I remember that I wasn't even lowbatt, but I did what it told me and left it there. I keep checking on it from time to time, opening it using the volume and power on buttons, but it would only show the same. A few hours later, I rechecked it again, and it was overheating too much. I took it out of the phone case and let it cool down, and after a few minutes, it turned on. However, when I used the phone to see what's wrong, it suddenly shut down again, and it wasn't even less than 7 minutes that I opened it. What to do? I'm still paying for my phone monthly, and the warranty that they gave me was only 3 months, and I only bought this phone last year, in November.

I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this with your phone, aiyanawren_. It can be so frustrating. To help get to the bottom of it, try using the Samsung Members app to run a diagnostic.

Simply open the app, go to Support, and select Phone diagnostic to check your phone’s battery and system performance. This might give us a clearer picture of what's going on. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, my phone cannot stay open for less than a minute. I'll visit the Samsung Service Center this Saturday, and hopefully, they can figure out and fix what's wrong with my phone. I hope my experience can help with improvements in future models as well. Thank you.
