I have a Galaxy A33 5G since last year in November, and I never updated the phone, but I decided to update the phone, and then when I'm going to charge the phone, I have realized that theres no more super fast charging. I do need it because I have 5000mAh batter. But it's gone. When will Samsung bring it back?

Maybe check the settings app, device care then battery settings. Might be turned off or something.

Fast charging option is available, but still no super fast charging.

I guess the update changed something in the OS. A33 5G max charging is rated at 25W. Try using a different charger thats capable of charging 25w or more. I suggest ugreen or anker.

The 25w charger that I'm currently using is bought directly from samsung, where I bought the phone in the same store. I know that it has the 25w support back in June.

And if that doesn't work, back up all your files first and do a hard reset on the phone.

Does resetting the phone uninstalls updates?

It won't uninstall OS updates. Hard resetting only deletes apps, files, phone history, message history, accounts you used to login. That's why it is best to back up everything in it before doing a hard reset. Also, make sure you remember your google account/s and samsung account passwords. Sometimes, updating to new OS can cause these types of problems. I've had my fair share of these that's why i always set my phone accounts to back up daily.

Finally! After updating the phone to the latest update, it works again.
