Why do Radio have phone permission 🤔

This " Phone" permission for Radio is very suspicious to me and you can't even disable it, 

What is the purpose of it?

Radio📻 is not for calling its just receiving radio signal so what is the purpose for phone calls?

I guess it's for preinstalled radio services on the phone.

Yah maybe, but disallowed check Permission should available not restricted, very bad practice of stock android apps,

If they don't resolve this ill just manually disable this app via adb.

Agreed, it should be optional. And
I don't see any plugins in mine just the app.
