Why does the a73 (philippines model) dont have 8gb ram plus?

Ok but when i turn of ram plus it makes the whole system slower its notciable on booting when the ram plus turns on it only make 50 seconds or above when the ram plus is off it makes it more slower it took pike 2-3 minutes

I think 2g ram plus is good for u but booting samsungs takes a while even in my a54
