I already tried turning on in the settings the features for wifi calling and my phone is already connected to wifi, call setting is set to wifi connection as priority to be used when calling. Still when I am trying to call a number it is using my mobile network instead of wifi calling...

I had the same issue before. If I'm not mistaken, this has to be activated by your mobile service provider from their end. Not sure if it has anything to do with the SIM. But as soon as I received a message from my provider that this feature is available, it already started working. Hope this helps.

As for your concern, are you pertaining to the VoLTE feature? Make sure that you are eligible to use such features as per your network service provider.
