With all due respect. It looks as though Samsung has completely ignored the device or does not care about the millions of users that bought the device. It should have been updated a very long ago. The A02s, A03, A01, A03s have all already been updated back in may, and the device has been dropped off many update lists. It should have been a case of first come first serve, instead of if you pay more we will serve you. I have counted 8 months since the update should have hit the phone. There is simply no excuse for this lateness other than utter carelessness.

Late reply here, But from my perspective, Samsung A02 is really slow as users of the device stated, its performance is really laggy and sluggish evena on simple apps and since It is using a Quad-Core Processor instead of an Octa like the Samsung A01, It will likely not to get an update.
