Wont work in 50% of my house

Mu useless A51 which is only 11 months old. Since day 1 has a problem of making/receiving calls & messages inside parts of my house. Some messages wont go thru till i walk outside. Some will come thru when i go next door to see my daughter, up to 30 mins later. It has been sent away still with no fix. After Samsung blaming my carrier i have tried 3 carriers all the same result. My Wife's, work & daughters IPhones all work with or without Wifi calling when i put those sim cards in theirs. Samsung have now told me to put it on this site. Obviously they think more of you lot than their own Tech's?????

Otherwise they have just wiped me with this but are very happy to sell me a new 1????

Any ideas before i take legal action.

Hi, I am sorry to hear about the experience youv'e been having on your A51. Are you able to send us an error report via the Samsung Members app? 

 

To do this, go to:

Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > Networking/Wi-Fi > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

 

These error reports go to our research team for analysis. Once they've checked your error report they will get back to you with a response which you can view by clicking the notification bell.

I am not up with this tech stuff. I have tried 3 sim cards all different carriers. All 3 work perfect in iphones. A 3 do not in Samsung. They have had the phone say it is OK. Surely this tells you its the Samsung..???.??.
Also can't find the message that came up. This is Samsung wiping their hands of this problem.

Thanks for the additional information @Pouchey. I understand how frustrating network issues can be and do apologise for the experience you've been having.

 

I have also looked into our system and cannot find an error report from this account. Are you able to send it again?

I have trouble with internet connection. Sometimes phone won't connect and most of the day it uses 3G or H+. My partner sitting right beside me using an S7 has no problems and his phone utilises 4G while on net.
When I can connect it is extremely slow.
I have contacted my carrier and they could not find anything.
I have not previously had isdues with any other phones, just this A51.
Is the antenna less powerful than S7 and S5 (my previous phones)?
I don't get many calls so I can't say how reception goes for them. For me it seems to be internet.

Hi @Jabiru10, that's strange. 

I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
