That's amazing for a ring good one. I've started doing planks they are amazing for core I managed a 5min one today it was pushing it.
If these devices help with fitness which they do as my phone for steps they are life changing as I've lost 33kg and that is tracking all my steps through my Samsung phone. Enjoy the ring.
