Help Me!Galaxy J7 Prime Software Update Unavailable

My father bought my Samsung J7 prime abroad and since then I was not able to update software. Whenever I try, "Software update, registering device" then a notification "processing failed". 

Ps. Already have a new phone but I really love my Samsung J7 prime, please advise what to do. Thank you!

I'm very sorry to say that our J series is already phased out.. That's why there are certain phones that can't be updated already. Stay safe and have a nice day ahead!

Maybe you're galaxy j don't have already storage that's why it's unavailable

Try Using Samsung Smart Switch

You might be not getting OTA updates from here since the day you got it coz your phone is not from this region. Try updating via PC with samsung smart switch to install its latest sofware up to this date
