Internal Memory Located

Good day samsung community, I have an old samsung j500 and I want to use it again and I wonder if is it possible to increase its internal storage? Another question is, where does the internal storage of a samsung j500 located? Thanks!

What Android version is it running on?

You can't increase its internal storage. I don't know where the internal storage is located. Try checking the Settings app for it.

Its not possible to increase its internal storage. Either you use a SD card to store media files or buy a new phone with higher internal storage.
