hello Samsung Members..

 hello samsung, my samsung galaxy m31 phone has experienced a problem getting stuck on the samsung logo, many say it may be due to a previous update. now i can't continue my work because that's the only phone i have..please help me at a time like this..

Maybe this your 1st time use Samsung branding. When the server hint new update software for all the costumer ; 1st we must be read carefully detail before click AGREE and continue .Ok now you go to right on top notification symbol of bell. Click notice .I can"t see your model there. Can you show us the capture? Which one of logo stuck? In what space"s? And tell us what kind of problems did you mentioned can't do your work as usual?

Try hard restart. Volume down button + power button together.

You are facing "boot loop".
Restart your phone.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons together for couples of minute.

Hello Samsung 

My M31 mobile got shut down automatically, When I tried to restart by pressing power button it got hanged at boot-up logo. I tried to restart mobile several time but not Turned ON
