Seeing as everyone is saying it doesn't work, and Samsung Erika has not replied to anyone and fixed it, I don't think I'll bother trying. Seems the customer service is extremely poor.

False advertising. Voucher doesn't work.

Samsung has been scam most or all of us try to redeem vouchers.
I redeem mine weeks before the end date and just couple of days later they sent me an email saying my voucher is no longer valid because they didn't receive documents to redeem my my voucher.... yeah right! They use false advertisement...that's fraud or scam
