I love how optimistic you are about Apple lol. It's almost cute. But no. Apple is another technology giant who makes low tier products with the price tag that only the upper class can afford when you think about it. So. Just some constructive feedback before you unnecessarily spam this thread even more, have you taken up your concerns with Online Support? What was the outcome? Have you emailed one of the admin staff so that they can get to the bottom of your experience?

Also I'm not just flogging Apple for the sake of it, I've held and do hold ownership of both brands.
