It depend if your phone is 5G capable. It is not a software based, bud depend on the hardware.

5G is a new network upgrade not an OS upgrade. It depends on your phone if it is able to do so. unfortunately I do not remember the Note 10 Lite having any 5G variant when it was released back then.

If you want 5G you can upgrade into the Note20 Series or S20 FE. 😊
