Ang pangit ng software update ngayon. Everytime may bago kang iback up na message natatanggal ung dating naback up. Pag mag back up ka ngaun deleted ung kahapon. Nakakadismaya nawala lahat ng back up ko since 2020,my mga important messages ako dun pag tingin ko ung latest back up lang natira.Sana ayusin nyo update nyo po.

You can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Data backup/Syncing".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
