Hi there,
What is the best way to backup my entire phone so I can factory reset my device. Got a stupid gps problem with my note 10,driving me crazy!
I prefer not to use cloud storage as it is faster of I can backup locally.

I use both google map and waze, randomly I will lose gps and then it won't detect my location anymore.
it is quite common and I already tried clear cache reinstall the apps also the same.
want to factory reset to see if hardware problem. I never have this issue before in my past Samsung phones

try reset the network first then try your gps,
if not working you need to enter recovery mod then wipe cache partition
