Since updating to One Ui 7 my battery has drained so much faster! Even when I'm not using the phone and try turning my data off. Before the update, my phone would last me up to 3 days from a single charge. Now it only lasts a day and I don't even go on my phone. I even turn my phone off at night in attempt to save my battery so I don't have to charge as often. But as soon as I turn it back on the next morning. My battery drains instantly! Before I even start my day.
Samsung are going to be pushing their customers at other brands if they don't step up. Maybe then they'll realise. I sent them a query, and they totally ignored me while messaging each other, and you could tell.
