Battery percentage

I just updated to the one ui4 on my note 10plus, and now my battery percentage just shows 0% no matter what my actual battery level is. Very annoying Samsung...

Hi there, that's strange. Are you able to try the below troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart your device

2. Boot your device into safe mode and checking if the issue persists:

3. Send through an error report for this to be investigated by our research and development team. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

1 UI 4 I don't know who controls it, Samsung release 1 UI 4 and I am still waiting for telstra to finish adding his contamination of all necessary bloatware, trackers, adds then finally I be able to get 1 UI 4 for my Not 20 Ultra ones telstra finishes adding enough viruses 😆 This is Samsung mate nothing surprises me about Samsung.
