Hey has anyone phone lost its service . I haven't been able to get any since November  2021.. I have my sim in another cheap phone and use my note for WiFi... has anyone else's phone done this ?

Have you tried going into your wifi settings and click on forget and then put your wifi settings back in again.

Have you tried resetting the phones network settings?

You should send in an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated further.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

I have tried everything . Network reset etc . Also been into the optus shop . They think it's somthing in the phone

Hi @heymilk, that's strange. 

I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

Please note these are best sent within 2-3 minutes of an issue occurring to increase the likelihood of the report capturing the issue.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

I have send a error report through.
I have done network updates n restarts but nothing has fixed the issue , I've also changed my sim 4 times and still nothing. Seems to be somthing in the phone .
