Hello, ghemini37! You can go ahead and check your battery health directly from your Members app! All you have to do is go to the Support tab, then click Phone diagnostics. From there, you may choose which function you want to check! 🔋

On the other hand, if you encounter any more problems with your battery, you can go ahead and take it to a nearby service center.

The Note10+ is an amazing phone but you may want to consider switching soon since no more security updates. I am actually super sad about it because my phone still works really well.
