Black screen but still works note 20 ultra

Hello

Phone works 5 min prior that, it wasn't charging or anything, I can still pick calls and talk, vibrate etc but the screen still completely black, try resetting still nothing, taking the sim card out,the pen too, nothing.

Warranty expire: I have with the Phone 2yr and 2 month exact

Any other ideas?

Maybe the battery gone bad or the charging port

Do a Google search on cleaning your charging port. Your battery may be failing, if you can see the charge % keep a record, watch if it drops suddenly. I presume you charge at roughly yhe same time of day, otherwise read up on night vs day settings. Also Google causes of black screen, generally more answers on Gopgle. If you can see any screen read up on clearing caches noting you will lose settings. If you need to recover anything connect to computer by cable and explore file folders. You would need to read up on what folders things are stored in.

I have a feeling that your screen connection may have come lose or disconnected entirely from the main board, if it still works and you can answer with touch screen then maybe the display died, or a wire had came lose due to how hot the phone can get. Try contact Samsung for support for help
