Hi

The only way I can stop seeing the message 

failed sending messages (error: general error)

Is to force stop the samsung message app. It always than restarts eventually and the messages restarts(every few minutes).

I have
1. Deleted all app data and cache
2. Tried to reinstall the app - not possible...

So can I force stop it permanently ?
Can you send me an update that I can install?
Or do you have any other ideas?

Settings > Software update > Download and install.

If so, and the issue persists, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.


To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Hi @check1, you can access content from your SD card via the My Files app.
