Finger print sensor

Any of you facing this issue for Note 9? The paint peel off and difficult to read my finger print?

Used about 16 mths oledi...

no... my note 9 still 99% like new... same 15 months used

This is my first samsung that having paint peel off issue 😪😪. My Note 5 n Note FE still like brand new...😁😁😁

Should have put the fingerprint sensor and the back camera with tiny glass/film protector.

it's the first time I saw this problem. too bad for you, maybe can ask at samsung service center? or use face unlock.

I will ask for replacement cost. Prefer using fingerprint rather than Iris or face unlocking...

Just get back from Samsung Express Service. Was informed that the paint peel-off issue is due to wet hands touching the sensor.

Funny reason coz this phone rated as IP68 (water resistance)... Hv to leave my phone for at least 3 days for spare part.
