I have upgraded my phone with latest update but I noticed that my battery life went to half of what I used to have, is it a bug or Apple game to force us buy another phone???
Good morning, are you able to send us an error report via the Samsung Members app so that our team can investigate this for you?
To do this, go to Samsung Members > Get help > Error report > Battery > Detail issue and frequency e.g how much % you lose during x amount of time > tick 'send log data' > Send.
These reports go to our team for analysis who will get back to you with a response once it has been analysed.
