Galaxy Note20 Ultra camera - blurry zoom between 1x - 5x zoom

Hi,

Used to be able to take very clear photos, and using the 108mp camera allowed me to zoom in to see finer details in the photos.

However, recently the camera seemed blurry (the photos taken also unable to zoom into finer details as before). When using the camera and zooming in, it gets blurry (between 1x to 5x zoom), but will then become very clear when it hits 5x zoom. Is this a software issue, and are there any solutions to this? Will the upcoming one ui 4 fix this software issue?

I went down to the service center only to be informed the phone is more than 1 year warranty 😅. So manufacturers liability is not there already although it seems to be quite a common issue with note 20 ultra.

Knocking is not a solution. So what i did is i went to a reputable 3rd party shop where rhey had the module replaced. Problem solved. No ridiculous and expensive repair which should not havppen to an expensive flagship phone.

I got the solution. 

When you open your camera,  gift yours phone a little knock from front or behind. 

It's work.

This actually works, if it's not focusing tap the back of your phone repeatedly until it is focused. Not hard just gently and you will see the camera focus again.

Thank you Mr. Didimh76, this solution solve my camera focus problem.

Actually just used your finger nail and tap tap on the top of your phone when the camera focus is blurry.

Hi I have a problem which the photos using 108 mp mode they are blurry my old phone Samsung galaxy s 6 same phone is more clear now I’m using 20 ultra
