When wifi and mobile data is on at the same time, it shows wifi and data sign on top. Sometimes when wifi is on data sign will disappear even if it's on. After restart, it goes back to normal but after awhile both wifi and data sign will appear together. What problem is this?

You may follow the steps below to disable this setting:

Step 1: Launch the Settings
Step 2: Tap on the connection
Step 3: Tap on the Wifi
Step 4: Tap on the 3 dots (top right)
Step 5: Tap on advance
Step 6: Disable switch to mobile data setting

If you enable this setting it will switch to mobile data whenever your Wifi internet connection is slow or unstable.

Hi Avinash. Thanks for your reply. However, the step 6 mentioned was disabled but the wifi and data sign are still appearing at the same time

An app is causing it to appear. A good example is Google Duo. When you use the app, mobile data gets enabled
Once you "kill" the app, the mobile data is switched off.

Ohnoo will try it now. What is google duo for btw? Is it pre-installed as default?

Google Duo is used for making video and audio call which is pretty much like Whatsapp or Viber or Line minus the chat feature.

I maybe wrong but it may be one of the pre-installed app.

Btw, Gooe Duo is just an example.
