Hi Samsung Customer Care,

A vertical green line suddenly appeared on my Note 20 Ultra after I installed a software update last week 😭. I just had my phone checked in the Samsung Mobile Service Centre in Melaka, they told me that the campaign for the free exchange of AMOLED screen for Note 20 Ultra due to the green line issue had just been over last month 😩. I need to pay around RM800+ for the screen replacement. Could you extend the free exchange service for me 🙏? I am a loyal Samsung user, below are the phones that I bought in the past (for my family and my own use), you can verify them through my account. I hope Samsung won't lose me because of this manufacturing defect. Your consideration is highly appreciated.

Hi, im a samsung s21 fe user. Im also experiencing the same issue. My phone is well taken care of, had not had any falls, yet having 2 green lines. Can u please assist me on this matter?

Samsung, my S22+ also facing same issue. but you guys seem dont care issue that I facing. I even sent my phone to Kuching service center and they said no replacement. Today will be my last day to use Samsung phone. Bye2 to Samsung device

Hi my note 20 is facing the same issue, pls take a look of my samsung product record, I am using mostly Samsung products since note 8, I am now using Z fold 6 but my standby phone note 20 ultra having this issue, can MOD or tech support reach me through email ? Tq.
