GLOBE prepaid Unknown Number

As you can see in the photo, my GLOBE sim shows unknown number whereas my Smart sim shows one. How can I fix this or do you have any idea how to make it show?

Is your Globe # postpaid? because if yes, mine's not showing as well.

both of my sims are prepaid. seems like an issue with globe itself, I guess?

oh I also used 2 sims before. both postpaid from Globe and Smart and neither shows the number hehehe. so I'm really not sure what's happening there.

I've been told that you have to ask the telco to add your number to the sim

I remember someone told me that if you put your sim on any iphone it will automatically write the number on your sim so you can put it back on
