My phone automatically updated today. Just a few minutes ago, a green line appeared on my screen and would not go away even when i restart. It did not fall or get wet earlier, and it was just laying flat on the table before the line appeared.

Don't be surprised, that's common to S20 (incl. N20U) and S21 series phones.

If you read my posts dated December-January, I mentioned Samsung offer of free screen replacement in Indonesia, Malaysia, etc. Maybe in Phl too, meron naka-free dito, wala pang One UI5.0 Android 13 update that time, so kukunting screen na-damage pa; in fact, our phones were working fine then. Note that someone in Members, naka free screen replacement siya last year, peru na-ulitan sya nang screen greenlines, meaning--screen damaged ulit tapos sya nag software update. Hindi kaya yong phone series natin sa bagong software. Samsung had not issued guidelines or stopped software updating on these phones.

Just in case, you still want a screen replacement instead of buying a new upgraded/corrected (hindi na mag-greenlines ulit) phones, read this:

Wow! Tnx for the info. But too late. After 7 months, and offer still not in the Phl, my Note20-Ultra is traded-in already. Hard to say goodbye.. 💔 😉
