Greenish display Note9 update 17 May 2020

Dear note9 user, hv a look if the suggestion from Marzuki is applicable.

"...How to fix this green screen problem temporary- TURN ON ALWAYS ON DISPLAY.SET TO ALWAYS APPEAR (MIGHT CONSUME SOME BATTERY BUT NOT MUCH). The screen works fine when unlock with fingerprint but after restart phone or try to wake up phone with power button,the greenish screen will come.so,tap screen 2x after always on display appear on lock screen then unlock with fingerprint."

Or the unwanted temporary solution, bear with it although is very annoying 😵😵

i think the problem is not only on note9. my friend and me also got the same problem. im using s9 and my friend using s10e. i try to ss when the screen become green. after it back to normal, i check the ss and it is a fine screenshot like normal. have you tried to ss when the problem happen?

Bro.... Any updates for the 18th May ah? Was looking forward to your update leh...hahaha... U seem to be posting everyday.... Anyways, I also daily checking whether when would the May update arrive... Hopefully resolves this green / yellow screen issue....

anyway if it may of any help, try turn up the brightness of the display to see if it can temporary mitigate the issue.. my friend tried last time on his Note 8. Below a certain brightness is usually where the green screen problem starts for his case.

been having this problem for more than 2mths, and Samsung didnt say anything bout it at all 😭

Today, a couple of hours ago, my galaxy s10+ which is 10 months old has turn GREEN! and horizontal lines has appeared. As it is now, it's so difficult to write this report due to this. Ironically, only a week ago, my son's galaxy S8 also turned green! And before this, my daughter's galaxy note 9 had this same problem after the phone's 1st year anniversary. Come on Samsung! These are all your flagship phones having the same problem... Please do something. Within my family, we also have A30, A50, A51, Tab A8 (2019), Tab S6 and galaxy S10E. We have been your ardent supporter. We sure do not want to regret it.
