HELP: Faulty Screen Issue on 1-year old Note 10 Plus

Very disappointed with my 1 year old, Note 10 Plus. 

Update has destroyed the screen. It now has green tint, and even has horizontal lines. And 1/4 of the lower screen blackened. It is now impossible to see properly and colors are no longer distinguishable.

Our support team will gather data for documentation, and will further arrange an appointment on your nearest ASCs (door-to-door pick-up is available for users within NCR) for assessment, and/or replacement of the part/s should the cause be determined to be software related (highly subjected for approval). Same issue with my S20 Ultra. Take the phone to a service center to have it evaluated. If proven that the damage was due to the software update, it may be repaired for free.

What if you are not covered on a warranty anymore? Do they repair it for free? I have the same issue. The annoying green tint discoloration

I hope Samsung will repair my note10+ for free, I'm planning to bring it to service center next week. I already followed the step by step guide instructed to me during live chat in resetting of my phone but no improvement at all. This is very frustrating, phone is more than a year, not covered by warranty anymore. The phone is slightly use because my postpaid plan is still in my old iphone7.

To update, got my phone from samsung service center yesterday and they've changed my screen for free.
