My Note 20 Ultra do not recognize my fingerprints. I have already restarted and have screen protectors removed but still. I tried adding a new fingerprint to test it. But same results. It says I need to cover the entire sensor but it's already done.

Try clearing the cache of the biometrics app.

Settings > Apps > Show System Apps > look for "com.samsung.android.biometrics.app.setting"

Clear data or Clear Cache, then try setting up again your biometrics, if that didn't work. try checking the diagnostics here in Samsung Members App. If its showing that there's something wrong or similar in that line that device needed either Factory Reset or Hardware Service.
