Do any body know if we can get bubble free temperate glass for note 20 ultra which has screen fingerprint?

These can be really tough. The bubbles usually are in the area of the fingerprint sensor. Quite often the fingerprint sensor is made of a different material or is made differently, mainly to stop issues with the fingerprint sensor not working. I use the normal factory plastic protector myself

Yeah, I agree with you. I'm just wondering if we could get bubble free screen protector because plastic protector is not good enough to protect our screen.

The reason a lot of them have that bubble is that it stops an issue where the fingerprint sensor can misread the screen protector. The scanner will think the protector is the finger and can cause issues.

Whitestone Dome does 1 of the best glass screen protectors.
Just be sure to redo your fingerprints after installation.
