incoming calls

i just noticed that my device is not receiving incoming calls. Ive done the factory reset and the issue remains the same. What should I do?

have you tried using other simcard on it?

by any chance this is a globe sim, they had issue with call and text

happened to me noong 2017 tandang tanda ko pa😂 kala ko phone ko may prob, too late nung nalaman kong globe pala may problema nakapag factory reset na ko ng phone😂
