Lens flare

Hello, I need help. Is this normal? Been using this fron since release date but I think this is the only time it made like this.

Lens flare is awful.

may i ask whats your phone? I have s20ultra and yes from time to time its also has lens flare

Hey there Nisaam,

Three possibilities:

1. The camera glass is smudged with fingerprints.

2. The camera glass has been cleaned repetitively with COVID19 disinfenctant and now the anti-reflective coating has been destroyed, giving you this result.

3. Camera housing defect. Should replace device or do a warranty repair.
