Low IG story quality and FB story

Can I ask for some tips on how to improve the quality of my IG story and FB story..If I uploaded it from my gallery the photos are blurry.. Its like super different from my gallery's quality

Upload your story at thru IG and connect it to your FB account. Though expect that it will depixelate the quality when they transfer it to your FB stories.

Make sure that what you upload is minimum of HD size photo. As the size of the stories is 1080×1920, so the quality of the photo/video also matters.

If it a photo taken from your device, make sure you set your megapixel to the highest level.

Take the photos from your Stock Camera App, not the in app camera of those apps , quality will be much better. Also, save the story first in IG and just upload it again in FB for the compression to be less.

it must have something to do with the camera settings, turn on the hd mode of your cam
