One year na yung problem actually mag t two years na..
They f*cked up the updates and the update of the air command app. They will not admit anything. And believe me they won't tell you anything either.
The best solution you'll get is to go to the Samsung service center. Pay the technician for the diagnostics. And soon they will suggest you to buy a NEW S PEN.. Hooray! 😂 Or pag may extra ka mag upgrade ka na lang ng phone. 🤦
