S Pen keeps getting disconnected

Hi, currently experiencing this issue since I updated my note 10 plus early this July 2021. Can anyone have some solution to this? Tried everything you can read from the internet and no one works. I need my air commands to work :(  I 

I think its a software bug since I've only experience this in this latest update. Please help.

Welcome to the club. A lot of Note 10 users have reported S-pen disconnection as early as the first quarter of the year. The mods here said they have escalated the issue and users are advised to wait for a fix in the meantime.

Nice to hear that they're working on this, I have watched a video in YT that the only thing that works for him was buying a new one but I dont think that its a hardware issue anyway, thanks for the update! A not so happy cheers for the club lol

The likelihood that it's a hardware issue is impossible. What, suddenly a vast number of Note 10 users "coincidentally" had a hardware malfunction and "coincidentally" it involves the Spen? I have the newer Note model so I don't have a problem (yet) but my SO has a Note 10+ and she's beyond frustrated. She uses it in her workplace to jot down numbers and notes quickly. It's inexcusable that this happened.

Is there a proper forum or page to where I can report this? Will try to contact a representative tom morning and yep, if this was really due to their updates we deserve an explanation and proper apology for all the frustrations caused by this bug. S Pen separates the note series to other galaxy series and if the air commands doesn't work, it's just another phone with a normal stylus pen out there..

Search for threada here titled S pen and you will be rewarded with a bunch of threads regarding the same issue you have. Some mods here respond with their spiel on how to troubleshoot it. Others say rhey have escalated the issue to their management. Besides here, I think you can report the issue to customer service also done with this app. But I'm sure you will be greeted with the same spiel (as attested by other members).

The only thing you can do is wait for Samsung to release a fix ( and them to acknowledge it is an actual problem on their end).

I just wanted my complaint to be counted but If I will just received another troubleshooting guide or spiel... I'll just wait for the fix I guess lol will read just read from the thread you suggested, thank you!
