Hi did you try to reset your S-pen? Settings > Air actions > S Pen Remote. Tap the 3 vertical dots and then tap Reset.

Same issue with my Note 10+.
Maybe better go to nearest service center to check your device or your Spen.😁😁
.i think its started disconnecting when the phone already updated to android 11..
