My S23Ultra rings but I can't answer calls!!

Can some please help URGENTLY?!

I started to set up Voice activation but decided it was too hard & possibly not what I wanted. I thought I'd put everything back but obviously not!

Can someone tell me what might be the issue & how to fix it?

My phone rings but shows NOTHING to indicate who it is, how I can answer OR how to end call.

I can see caller if I press phone icon on bottom left of my home page, but apart from the ringtone, there's absolutely nothing else!

I've been waiting until whoever it is hangs up, then calling back.

Was simple. I hadn't, for some stupid reason, I didn't think to - wait for it - RESTART MY PHONE!!!
