In my galaxy note 10 plus I am experiencing this issue from last two months no sim card working in phone it just says emergency calls only. I have tried everything from network reset to factory reset. Wifi works good everything else is okay.

Also having this problem. Waiting for next update. Hopefully it fixes the problem as I've come across a lot of people saying a bug in last update. I've done everything possible to my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra even formatted it n still doesn't work

Yes. Ive spoken to samsung ive done everything they have said and not responded since. Im with optus the network is fine in my area and my sim card works in my old phone that hasn't got the update

Hi... In my Note 10 Plus also have the same issue sometime recently. Hope this will fixed by the next update and send an error report using this Members app.

Could still be a Sim card issue contact Optus and get new simcard or Esim.

Na, I have tried two different sim cards from another operator company, still the same. It all works on my old Samsung phone, not in this one.

Thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Me too. I've changed speaker ( get a screeching noise when Answering calls. data sim goes in and out of service. While on a call phone will just end call. While doing something on my phone all of a sudden its doing its own thing.. very glitchy..
battery replaced as it was swollen and cooked the inside replaced all the connectors

USB port changed too
One of the mother boards now looking at replacing the main one.
Paid absolutely heaps. Still no phone!! This has been going on for 3 to 4 weeks. Mostly phone not working. Doing data speed test from zero not working one min to 1.2 to 129. 4 then .04 to 1.2 had so many numbers get confused. Very frustrating. Having both samsung and service provider looking into it. Gone back to galaxy 7 edge .. so frustrating
