Galaxy NoteHi... In my Note 10 Plus also have the same issue sometime recently. Hope this will fixed by the next update and send an error report using this Members app.

Thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Galaxy Notebattery replaced as it was swollen and cooked the inside replaced all the connectors
sim card both the receptors and tray
USB port changed too
One of the mother boards now looking at replacing the main one.
Paid absolutely heaps. Still no phone!! This has been going on for 3 to 4 weeks. Mostly phone not working. Doing data speed test from zero not working one min to 1.2 to 129. 4 then .04 to 1.2 had so many numbers get confused. Very frustrating. Having both samsung and service provider looking into it. Gone back to galaxy 7 edge .. so frustrating
