Not getting any software/firmware update for Note 20 Ultra 5g

Hi! Need help! Does anyone here have experienced of not getting any software/firmware update? When I checked my phone, it always says that it is up to date. I think the last update I got was last April 2021.

Btw, I got my unit repaired (under Samsung Service Center) last Sept or Oct 2021 due to black screen. And I noticed that after that, I am not getting any updates anymore.

may I suggest, go to a nearest samsung service center so the update can be facilitated

Try updating it through Samsung's Smart Switch, there you should find the latest available update for your device.

You'll need a PC with a reliable internet connection.
Install Samsung Smart Switch both on your PC and your Note 20U.
Open the switch app on your pc and connect your phone via usb cable. It should automatically search for available update.
